Tability's editor should be smart and adjust automatically the target based on what the user types in the editor.

Ex:

"Increase NPS from 50 to 75" should lead to:

"Achieve a 30% growth in leads" should set the starting value to 0, the target to 30, and the format to "_number_ leads growth"

This should only happen if the outcome has the default settings.
