Include “Stay Above/Below” KRs in Objective Progress Calculation

Currently, KRs defined as “stay below X” or “stay above X” are not included in the objective’s overall progress. Only KRs defined as “from X to Y” contribute to the percentage of completion.
This behavior causes objectives with mixed KR types to show misleading progress (e.g., only one KR counted). It would be helpful if Tability could:
Include “stay above/below” KRs in the overall calculation, or
Allow users to customize how each KR type contributes to objective progress.
This would make progress tracking more accurate, especially for metrics like “Reduce churn below 5%” or “Keep support tickets under 200.

You can now add a baseline to "stay below" and "stay above" KRs.
This baseline will be used to measure the progress calculation toward the goal!
