Hey Jack Kennedy and voters. We'd love to add this to the backlog, but we need your help to understand the best way to do this.
We have 2 ways to do this currently:
(A) Duplicate tasks
- You can add a "recurring" setting on a task
- This setting will create a copy of that task every X days/weeks/months
- Risk is to overpopulate your screen with the same item, especially if it's not closed.
(B) Reset task status to "Planning"
- You can add a "recurring" setting on a task
- Task will be set back to "Planning" if the task was previously closed
- (Task status won't change if it was in progress)
- You'll be able to open up the task panel to audit all the times where a task was closed.
Which option would you prefer?
We're also happy to hear your suggestions of course.
